Prof. Yohanan Petrovsky-Shtern's paintings were the subject of a major exhibition at Manhattan’s Ukrainian Institute of America. Ibidem Press has published the exhibition catalogue, Confronting Catastrophes: The Art of Yohanan Petrovsky-Shtern. Yohanan also directed a graduate seminar and delivered a public lecture at Leipzig’s Dubnow Institute.
