Meet Business Administrator Annerys Cano, who won the WCAS Dean’s Award for Excellence in 2018!
I have been in the department for almost seven years now: my first four years serving as the graduate coordinator and the last three years as the business administrator. I enjoy coming to work—most days—and my goal is to always bring good energy and a positive mindset to the department. I've learned a great deal from my supervisors who have given me the autonomy to be a servant leader to our faculty, students and staff. I am grateful to have the opportunity to do this every day and even more grateful to work with people who recognize it. Thank you, again, to those who nominated me and supported my nomination for the Weinberg Dean’s Excellence award this year. And a special thank you to my amazing team without whom it would be impossible for me to get anything done.
